Information collected automatically
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics): pages viewed, time on site, how you reached us, approximate location (derived from your IP address), device, browser and operating system, and cookie identifiers.
- Technical and security data: our hosting and security providers process your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse.
- Form protection: to stop spam and floods of messages, the contact form briefly records how often a connection submitted the form. The IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, not in readable form.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data and we do not require you to create an account.

- To keep business records and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
- With your consent, where the law requires it, for any use not described here.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand how the site is used. It places cookies in your browser (such as _ga and _ga_*) and sends usage information to Google. We do not use it for advertising or to build profiles for ad targeting. The contact form does not set cookies.
You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without cookies.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, or to courts, regulators or law-enforcement authorities where the law requires, and to a successor if our business is sold or restructured. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers operate servers in countries outside Sri Lanka, so your data may be processed in other countries. We choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your data is handled securely and in line with this statement.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, to provide services, and to maintain business, legal and tax records, and then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Form-protection records are kept for about an hour.
